Yes. When renting your storage unit, you will need to pay a one-time $20 Administration Fee. This fee is non-refundable.
You can reserve a unit online, but will need to come to our office to finish the rental and sign the lease on our kiosk. The kiosk will provide you with a lock and keys.
It is not mandatory, but we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you carry insurance coverage on your belongings. We DO NOT provide insurance on your belongings. Check with your insurance agent to determine if you are covered. Adding stored goods to an existing policy is generally inexpensive. We recommend contacting your insurance agency.
Two weeks' written notice is required. Remove all items from your unit. Place the LOCK AND KEYS inside the office dropbox. CALL or EMAIL us to let us know that you have completed your move out.
Rent is due on the first day of each month. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, money orders and checks. You may also pay on-line through our website, pay at the office Kiosk, or we can set up automatic payment using a debit or credit card.
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.
We provide each of our customers with a High Security cylinder lock to place on their space. No one will have a key to your unit but you!
A standard storage space is an outside unit which gives you the ability to simply drive up to your space and unload your belongings directly from your vehicle. These Units are not insulated.
1. Set up monthly automatic payment. 2. Make a payment on our Website. 3. Use our friendly Kiosk to make a payment. 4. Mail a payment to our office address.
